With over 200 machines operating at 200 RPM, we minimize yarn stress during the weaving process. We source polyester from top - tier public suppliers, with traceability via GRS, and pair it with premium spandex to ensure a consistent 10% elastane content. This eliminates batch - to - batch deviations that can lead to uneven recovery or premature sagging.

Our dyehouse partners employ reactive dyes that are Oeko-Tex approved. These dyes penetrate deep into the fibers while preserving the spandex's integrity. As a result, the fabric maintains a colorfastness of 4 - 5 even after 50 industrial washes, preventing fading that could compromise delivery timelines. There is no need to worry about shrinkage. We mercerize each meter under tension control, limiting shrinkage to ≤2.5%.
