By controlling every step of the process, from yarn sourcing to finishing, in our 10,000m² dust - free facility, we ensure the fabric's superior quality.
Our 88/10/2 polyester - spandex knit, with a weight of 190GSM, is ideal for swimwear and athleisure. Just like Uniqlo's bestselling leggings, it maintains 95% shape recovery even after six months of wear. We use only Blue Angel - certified dyes and Oeko - Tex® Class I substrates, which were chosen to meet SHEIN's requirements for baby - safe prints in maternity lines.
The use of Rieter looms guarantees less than 0.3% tension variation across rolls. This is crucial when printing intricate geometric patterns on a 4 - way stretch fabric, as it ensures perfect alignment.
