Our Hangzhou mill is equipped with over 600 TSUDAKOMA looms, producing 12,000 meters of fabric daily. However, it's our specialty coatings that truly set our waterproof umbrella materials apart. We use 70 - denier nylon bases laminated with 0.03mm thick PU membranes, achieving a hydrostatic pressure of 5,000mm. This ensures zero seepage, a quality we've perfected after supplying Brazilian street vendors who face tropical downpours on a regular basis. We pressure - test every single roll of fabric to guarantee its performance.
For commercial customers, we understand the need for flexibility. We offer a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 meters for custom - colored fabrics, which is quite rare in the waterproof textile industry. With vertical control from yarn sourcing (through exclusive contracts with Tier - 1 polymer suppliers) to coating in our Oeko - Tex® certified partner facility, we can deliver orders in just 25 days, 30% faster than the industry average.

In terms of supply chain assurance, we offer GRS - certified recycled nylon. Bulk deliveries come with SGS reports confirming 0% pinholes.
