This fabric is crafted in our Hangzhou dust - free workshops using 63 vintage TSUDAKOMA shuttle looms. These Japanese looms, dating back to the 1990s, still operate at a speed of 22 meters per hour. Our vertically integrated production process, starting from sourcing yarns from listed suppliers and undergoing Oeko - Tex® Standard 100 certified dyeing, ensures remarkable consistency. We can achieve a shade deviation of ≤0.5% across 10,000 - yard lots and a GSM variance of ≤3%. A Bangladeshi sportswear client experienced an 18% increase in cutting efficiency after switching to our bias - cut optimized grid. The intersecting reinforcement threads are placed with ±2% precision, which significantly reduces fray waste.

The fabric has an amazing feel. Despite being rated at 140GSM, its compact weave provides the drape and tear resistance equivalent to 160GSM fabrics. Third - party ASTM D5034 tests have shown that it can withstand a force of over 45lbs. In terms of colorfastness, it maintains a Grade 4 - 5 on the AATCC Gray Scale even after 20 industrial washes. This is due to the Blue Angel - certified finishing at our partner facility.

Our integrated production process allows us to guarantee 100% defect - free rolls. Our QC team, with 22 years of experience, can detect even the slightest issues, such as micro pinholes or inconsistent coating thickness within 0.01mm tolerances. For Uniqlo's rainwear line, this led to a 40% reduction in QC rejections at their Vietnam factory.

Traceability is an integral part of our fabric. Each meter comes with documentation, from the origins of GRS - certified recycled polyester to the final hydrostatic head testing (with a minimum of 10,000mm). Our production might seem slow, but when your Alpine jacket is facing heavy rain, the meticulous selvedges and reinforced crosshatches are far more important than the compromises of fast fashion.
