Our polyester viscose fabric is an ideal suit material for hot weather. This fabric combines 55% recycled polyester (GRS - certified) and 45% premium viscose. The recycled polyester provides resilience, while the viscose offers unparalleled breathability.
The 2/1 twill weave construction, with a weight of 112g, creates micro - air channels. Independent lab tests have shown that it can disperse moisture 38% faster than standard suiting fabrics.
In terms of durability, every batch of the fabric is processed in an Oeko - Tex® certified dyehouse using reactive dyes at 32°C. This not only meets eco - compliance but also ensures that the rich colors like charcoals and navies can withstand over 50 industrial washes with less than 1% fading. There is consistent shade matching across 300m minimum orders, with a tolerance of less than 0.4 DE.
The proprietary heat - setting process eliminates the problem of puckering seams. Over 2 million meters of this fabric have been supplied to Vietnamese suit manufacturers for EU markets, and there have been zero shrinkage claims in 3 years.
It also avoids the "plastic" sheen that cheaper alternatives often have and provides the drape that Italian designers demand. It has a 4.5% stretch recovery after 8 hours of wear, compared to the industry average of 7.2%.
The production time is significantly reduced. Our leased Tsudakoma looms cut the production time to 18 days, which is 35% faster than conventional mills. The sampling process is straightforward: send 15cm swatches with Pantone references to our Hangzhou facility, and within 72 hours, you'll receive lab reports including abrasion resistance (over 15,000 Martindale cycles) and colorfastness metrics.
